At Pagewonders, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. That's why we have a comprehensive returns policy to ensure you are completely satisfied.

Our return policy for the products we deliver from our stocks in Turkey, except for products imported from abroad, is written below. Please read carefully.

Our return policy allows you to return any product without asking any questions if a defect occurs within 14 days from the date you receive it (it does not include products from abroad) or if it is defective when you receive it. If you have changed your mind or received a defective item, we are here to help.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order information.

If you want a refund after the tracking number of your order is sent to your e-mail address, the refund process will not be initiated because the product is in transit. If you decide not to purchase the product while it is in transit, please notify us immediately and wait for the product to reach you. After the product reaches you, please make sure that the package is not opened, otherwise we cannot initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in such cases.

If you meet the return conditions, pack the product carefully and send it back to us. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags and labels intact.

After receiving the returned product, our quality control team will check whether it complies with our return policy criteria. If the product is deemed suitable for return, we will process the transaction within 7 business days.

Depending on your preference, we may offer you store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value. Simply inform our customer service team of your preference when initiating the return.

Please note that unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
