Shipping Time

At Pagewonders, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Our shipping policy ensures that your order is delivered to you on time and safely.

Since all of our products are imported from abroad, they are supplied by direct order from the country of origin and sent to the customer unless they are in stock.

Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs procedures.

Due to Turkish Customs Legislation, we may occasionally request a Turkish ID number from our customers. We would like to remind you that this is required by the laws of the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

Order Processing Time Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process your order and prepare it for shipping.

At the end of the product processing period, the delivery time of the product given to the logistics company is between 6-10 business days.

If you want a refund after the tracking number of your order is sent to your e-mail address, the refund process will not be initiated because the product is in transit. If you decide not to purchase the product while it is in transit, please notify us immediately and wait for the product to reach you. After the product reaches you, please make sure that the package is not opened, otherwise we cannot initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in such cases.

We understand the importance of being able to track your order. That's why we provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can easily track the progress of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions Although we strive to deliver our products to customers worldwide, there may be some restrictions on shipping certain products to certain locations. These restrictions may arise from legal or logistical reasons. If you encounter any problems during the payment process, please contact our customer support team.
